Call up on the 2nd.. receive an apology and a promise that the goods will be resent.. Follow up today.. Sent an email that says.. checked and goods damaged on their way to you, send us your email and we'll give you a refund! Absolute lack of integrity, business ethics and decency.. I shouldn’t have to chase an order that should not have left the warehouse.. Then I must chase it twice.. Companies that do not deliver with pride and integrity shouldn’t be allowed to trade! Simple!
