The certification training included examples, pictures, and videos which made it very clear, and easy to understand . Test questions reflected the topics covered in the training. Very well put together. The site is very user friendly and certification was provided instantly (with a passing mark of course 😊)
Note for the questions below do not apply to me as I did not need to call/communicate with the company - all pretty straightforward on the website.
