The items themselves are fine, well packaged and what I expected however the delivery process was terrible. Following placing the order and receiving the confirmation emails I heard nothing more. So I was very surprised to find when returning home from work one day the 8 dining chairs delivered and left on my driveway, I had no notifications to say they were coming. The following day I received an email with tracking information, for the items left the previous day, left in broad daylight on an exposed drive for anyone to help themselves to! Luckily they were untouched but pretty bad service.
