I have had a terrible experience with this retailer and would recommend avoiding! I ordered some chairs based on the image displayed on the site. Completely different coloured chairs arrived. I advised customer service who told me that images do differ from the products on screen so this was not something they were responsible for. They advised my only option for these now useless chairs, was to pay to return. I had to pay £20 to book their courier and requested a date when I could be at home to hand over. They booked the incorrect date a few times so courier notifications were quite erratic. They eventually corrected this but when the courier arrived, he said he hadn’t been provided with any labels or returns info from OH which I found quite unprofessional. The item was sent back nonetheless and I continue to wait for a refund. At last check, I was told it would need to be 7 days from them receiving the item back at their warehouse, however due to the numerous incorrect deliveries scheduled, they never did provide tracking for the actual collection so I’ve no idea when they received it. But it was *their* courier so I would have thought it would be a little slicker than it has been. I have currently been waiting 10+ days for a refund. It’s such a shame as it was my first time shopping, the products look great but if you can’t trust what you will receive or the returns process; it’s not a safe place to shop. Please save yourself the admin nightmare and added expense to return the wrong items by not shopping here.
