Always extremely happy with the beautiful roses and presentation.
On this occasion I would have preferred to have been informed that the collection was not at the shop I had ordered from.
The previous time I ordered I requested a call to a particular number upon delivery and this did not happen.
I think with a few tweaks the service could be superb.
