I ordered 700 GBP worth of wlowers to be delivered to the same address and the delivery man forgot 1/2 of the order in the truck and only when I called in the evening that it wasn't delivered They said oh yes sorry it is still in the truck, basically if I didn't call it would have never been delivered.
