Do not book the bespoke courses as they are not worth the paper they are written on. Poor training despite good instruction to staff regarding our booking. We booked a bespoke Moving and Handling People session which cost our charity a lot of money and yet all we got was Moving and Handling boxes and equipment. Only difference to their advertised moving and handling course was our hoist use which is not a standard hoist hence request for bespoke element for that which we confirmed would show the trainer on the day. No other transfer equipment or moving people explored and our staff ended up taking over. Response from company "you should have let us know we would have got someone else to come to you to train on the day" Not quite sure how they expect that to happen when we didn't know it would be a problem until it happened and had been months in the planning and a limited time available to undertake the training in! Definitely would not recommend as they do not deliver what you request and as already mentioned not value for money either.
