Absolutely ludicrous and shocking travel company. Do not have customers best interest at heart. Wouldn’t issue me a refund when government advised against travel in August 2020, as the flights were still available and regardless of government advice they still wouldn’t cancel even though I was a high risk category with asthma. I lost £1000. They deserve to be dropped by ABTA!
