We have booked 3 times with on the beach 2 of the 3 were cancelled 1 st rebooked as cancelled due to covid and 2nd again cancelled due to covid got our money back took some time but due to covid everything was taking time as were all holiday companies didnt have any issues ive booked again for 2023 with OTB
