Awful. Holiday booked in January for 9 lads to go to Zante in July. All confirmed, paid up to date. April told hotel overbooked but changed for a like for like hotel. Original one was 3 star, large pool, water slides, pool table, reception, all inclusive, proposed hotel, 2 star, no reception, if you needed help you called someone but worse of all, hotel does not do food AT ALL! It is impossible to get through on the phones. Today we were told the flights are now cancelled so 'on the beach' have cancelled whole holiday. I thought their advert states 'its the most wonderful time of the year'. Never ever will we use this travel company again. If I could give minus stars it would be -10
