Be warned Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We booked a short 5 day holiday with them for a special birthday and needed to change two passengers names on the booking as 2 people pulled out we paid £200 to change the names and thats it, we have changed nothing else but names. We paid for the holiday in full and had confirmation that the bill had been paid 2 days ago they took a further £751 pounds from us for no reason, so we have now forked out £900 plus for a name change, I have over the last 2 days tried to contact them but they have switched there phone lines off, and won't respond to any email, twitter, Instagram or Facebook message. I have looked this morning and it seems they have done this to a few people recently and won't respond to anyone this is outrageous behaviour especially not even explaing what this amount of money is for when we were told the cost to change the names from the outset would be £200. I will be taking this further and urge anyone who have been treated like this to do the same I will not let this lie, do your self a favour book with a more reputable company jet2,ba anyone but not these clowns.
