We had to cancel our holiday in 2021 due to both my partner and I contracting Covid.
We were due around a £450 refund on our flights.
This was until 'On The Beach' invoked an excess of £200 per passenger !!!!!!!!! Meaning we got around £48 !!!!!
On The Beach are great until they have your money and there is a problem - TOTALLY SHAMEFUL - BOOK ELSEWHERE
