I had a holiday booked with on the beach and my brother passed away suddenly...! on the beach refused point blank to refund me... !! what they did say was " I should of told them sooner " which for me was a kick in teeth..!! it was Impossible to let them know something that had not already happened...!! anyway I took them to a small claims court and won... ! however thats when they were still with ABTA... !!
