October 2022. Just had a wonderful 10 days in Tigaki, Kos. My first time with On The Beach and everything was great. Booking was easy, changes on line were simple, Easy Jet flights were both fine and on time, Transfers on time for both journeys, arrived at Marianna Apartments at time specified, (I have used Holiday Taxis several times before and have never had a problem). Apartments were spotless, staff really helpful and friendly. Everything was exactly as described and advertised on, On The Beach Website. Perfect from start to finish. I cannot comment on Customer Service as I had no reason to contact them.
