Never in my life will i book via this company again. Ive had a fair few holidays via them, some good and some not so good. The last one, the experience was awful. After returning home, trying to contact ONTHE BEACH is unreal. I went onto the chat and was told they have no active phone lines. I submitted the complaint once and had no confirmation, was asked to submit again and again had no confirmation. Was told with out the confirmation I cant compain. Uterly useless.
