Hotel was charged at 1300 more than the website, wouldn’t honour price promise as a group booking. Spent over 2 hours trying to sort through chat, can’t speak on phone as digital company. Customer service is non existent, do not book maybe cheaper but they do not rectify problems and you cannot speak to a human ,
