Incredibly rude on the phone and hung up on multiple times.
Trying to book a holiday which needed a simple address change at their request and error they then told us they couldn’t do it.
I’m getting married abroad and this has now put the wedding in jeopardy because of their error and with no solution.
Avoid this company if you value your holiday.
