I have ordered from them twice now for an annual Christmas party. Customer service and communication has been excellent both times.
They will help tweak your design and improve it until you are satisfied before printing, even with clip art /designs you find elsewhere.
I will definitely be working with them again in the future.
Print quality is great, too.
