I was nervous to place order, as my bag was coming from Japan. The description of the item and pictures were very accurate. The support from customer service was excellent. I have to pay a custom charge on top of my item cost, which made it a lot more expensive. However overall, I feel that I got good value for money and lovely vintage keepall, which I put to the use already.
