I entered this study of jazz with far less than the level of proficiency of talent than required! I love jazz, but have played old Gospel my entire life! My lack of sufficient knowledge and inadequate skill level are the reasons for my initial negative evaluation! It was not the quality of instruction; but the lack of my own ability to be instructed! I sincerely apologize for sending the analysis of my own inadequacies as though they were reflective of the instructors! Please accept my honest feeling of regret for having implied my overestimating my ability, rather than simply stating I made an error of judgement!
