My personal journey started by fortuitously stumbling on Peter Martin's 2 minutes Jazz Piano. The same spirit of immediate relevance and applicability permeates the whole philosophy of OSJ. Adam Maness' GPS (what a great double entendre acronyme) really help anchor concepts and lessons. My key personal insight (easy to understand for a multi-lingual Swiss): as for languages you don't learn Jazz by reading but by playing. Overall a very broad and diverse source of insights and learnings by a world-class faculty with the declared intention to pass on knowledge to students.
