Wow. I am just stunned. We were looking to sell a rental home. I heard an ad and reached out fully expecting this to be a super low-ball offer. I was shocked to receive an offer a bit higher than I was planning to list the house for. So, then, I kept expecting something to go wrong, but the process was simple and the folks I worked with (I'm looking at you Alex and Irene) were simply fantastic. So much so, that we sold our current residence to them as well. That sale went just as smoothly and we are now in our dream home.
