It was a please to work with the people at Opendoor. Everyone from my contact at the company to the various people that came to inspect the house made the process very easy and extremely stressless. Opendoor was very flexible in allowing me to change the closing date a couple of different times and there were no surprises. The closing itself was very easy and quick. I liked the fact that I know what I was going to be receiving and that I didn't have to jump through all the usual hoops with having the home listed with a real estate agent (i.e open houses, last minute or drop-in showing, etc.). I tried to sell the home myself and it was nice to know that I had a guaranteed offer sitting there that I could fall back on if I wasn't able to sell it myself.
