Sent me email saying I was a vulnerable customer could have priority delivery tried to book one none to be had,got in touch with customer service explaining isolated in house daughter key worker & at that time she couldn’t get her own food as by time she got to shops all food gone.They sent me a phone number to ring, rang the number told to go on government web site did that then told to book slot no slots phoned again and told to ring government web site.
