My phone line and internet went down Tuesday I was told it would be Thursday A guy came not from openreach and said it was outside so would contact openreach I saw an openreach guy outside my flat and went downstairs he was fixing another flat but came up to look at mine And said it was outside and he would ask for a visit Friday I was out all day and when I returned I had a card left from the same openreach guy called graham And he had seen my job was now on the system so he took it And fixed it, but also left a very kind note explaining that he had taken the job this was worthing West Sussex and graham Went out of his way to help get my system back
