Third time engineer has failed to attend. Claimed they had requested a PTW they never emailed or posted one for two months finally received one six days ago returned it within an hour and then they cancelled the visit without informing me or my internet company. I tried for two months to tell then they had to dig a trench to put the bloody cable in 🤦♂️
