The most thieving company I've ever seen in my life!
It was the first and last time I booked flights via OPODO. In February I booked flights with my boyfriend from London to Iceland but unfortunately, our flight was canceled due to bad weather conditions. Due to the situation, we were not contacted regarding the cancellation or refund by Opodo. We had to first call EasyJet to ask where our money is because according to their email we should get a refund within 7 days and it was like that but the money went to Opodo's account. We tried to contact Opodo many times so that they would kindly give our money back. At the very beginning, no one answered the phone. Later finally someone answered the phone they told us that due to coronavirus we have to wait another 90 days for a refund. From February to this time, we still haven't received our money back. We said to them that this happened before coronavirus started , plus they had our money straight away on their account after the flight was canceled and what's more we had to send them an email which confirms that the EasyJet will do full refund to get our money back from OPODO. We have already talked to Opodo managers twice who assured us that the money will be available within 5 working days than we been told 48 hours. If we do not get the money after 2 days, we will definitely report it to a lawyer. I do not recommend Opodo to anyone. A bunch of thieves who are holding customers' money illegally! I hope due to coronavirus they will bankrupt!
