I ordered 2 Dark Oak Frames. The 18x24 arrived in great condition! Unfortunately I’ve had quality issues with the 24x36 Frame. The first frame arrived with a broken corner in the wood and cracked plexiglass. Customer service was great- quick to respond and help remedy the issue; however, the second also arrived damaged. It appears their shipping packing was the culprit- which could explain why the smaller frame didn’t have an issue vs the larger, heavier frames.
