Order of 4 mats arrived with largest damaged by Canada Post. There wasn't enough time to reorder for Christmas. I sent photos to customer servce and was quickly given a shipping free return label and have now gotten a retund within 30 day of order. Awesome service. I would use them again. (Large mats don't travel well just between 2 pieces of cardboard packing).
