One of my posters has yet to arrive (it's not even listed as part of my order to review on this page), while the rest of my order did. The customer service team took four days to reply to my message and the only response was "We'll launch an investigation." I'm dissapointed and waiting on this one piece to complete a project. It's also the largest piece so it's not like I can move forward with out it...
I'm really dissapointed and disatisfied with customer service and follow through on orders, which seems pretty basic.
***Revision***
After posting this and contacting customer service again I did get a response, update, replacement promised, partial refund, and request to revise my review. However, a week later I still haven’t received the replacement poster nor any tracking info. It’s also not available on the receipt for the replacement that was sent to me… I waited in good faith a week to post this revision. Still not great. I would think twice before ordering from Opposite Wall.
