The prints are lovely (good, thick paper, quality print job, etc.), but I was disappointed by the frames. A couple of the metal frames were dirty, one had scratches on acrylic sheet (the "glass") that even got through the protective film, and one had a small gauge in the frame that I had to paint to hide. I should have returned them all, but I was worried they'd end up in the trash, so I fixed what I could.
