The shelves I ordered were exactly as shown/described and the delivery was fast - two things that are very important to me. However, upon installing the shelves, it was found that they do not exactly install securely. I find there to be two reasons for this: The first is that the drywall plugs are of low quality and second (maybe the main reason) is that there are only two screws for securing. In my opinion, there should be 4, but not in a row: the existing locations should be slightly lower, to allow another screw slightly higher. In other words, there should be two (stacked) at each end of the shelf.
