I am very happy with the overal experience I have had with the company. I did feel that I would have liked a bit more information about the procedure before it happened, such as the noises from the laser and the smell and the overal sensory experience. When you are in the chair and trying to keep calm, for some patients it may help to know what to expect and to know whats going to occur. My follow up appointments have been very thorough and I received a phone call from the call center checking on my progress too! I am also happy that I was given the option to change to a different location for the follow up appointments, the company is very flexibility. Thank you
