When I had my initial consultation the thing that bothered me the most, being a lense wearer was having to wear glasses prior to my surgery. The ones I did have were old and not very nice to look at. The lady looking after me said not to worry, we'll make you a new pair to wear; and you did at no cost. I thought that was going the extra mile.
