I went for the consultation which was easy enough and all the staff were very helpful and welcoming. I was talked through all the procedures I could have and how much they would cost. I wasn't really intending on having the lazer eye surgery just yet but realised that having the surgery could in fact save me money on prescription glasses, contacts, etc, and by the time I was older my lense would be a rediculous size. After much consideration of pros and cons I decided to book the surgery even though I was a little scared. But this is why optical express have gone the extra mile, before, during and after my surgery they were comforting and reassuring. Even the surgeon made me laugh. The after care is also helpful as you would wonder how your eyes are progressing and whether they are healing correctly, so the regular checkups are very handy and put the worries aside for me. Overall, I would say my experience has been wonderful and I wouldn't change it.
