From the start, the staff were positive, welcoming and encouraging. I felt the service was always friendly and allayed any fears I had of the surgery.
My only negative comment was at the time of surgery, the final pre-test showed that I could have had the slightly more advanced surgery which took me by surprise and was unprepared for this option. It would probably benefit future customers if they were advised of this potential change on the day.
That aside, everything has been great including the aftercare and results of the treatment.
