Excellent service when in each store.
Was concerned about the vision in one eye and could not speak to anyone in the Shaftesbury office. Went through to head office a number of times who emailed Shaftesbury to call me but no one did. Had to resort to coming into Shaftesbury for another appointment. Again service for excellent in store.
