The surgeon was brilliant and made me very comfortable to have made the right choice. Everyone at Shaftsbury Avenue is very helpful and very satisfied with the check ups and answers to my questions. Had an appointment at Westfield - White City and thought that they were not as professional and helpful. I would recommend Optical express to friends and family as laser eye surgery changed my life for the better... don't know why i waited so long to have it done!
