My initial treatment with optical express was treated extremely proffessionally and the quality of care that I recieved was very good. I required a small corrective procedure that was treated in the same manner. All members of staff have acted professionally and apart from sometimes having to wait a while for my appointment, I have been very impressed. Since my treatment I've tried to spread the word as best as I can and have even given a patients perspective for the Southampton University opthamalmic society. Overall it has been a fantastic and life changing experience.
