I admit I am frightened when it comes to eyes and touching them. Since December 2011 I experienced severe headaches. I've tried everything from changing frames to wearing contacts. Nothing helped. A colleague then persuaded me to go to Optical Express. Finally I had my eyes done and I should have done it years ago.
One advise, don't hesitate, go for it. It does change your life.
