I have had a very positive experience with optical express. Right from the start when I had the first consulation in Horsham the staff were very informative and then at shaftsbury clinic all staff were reassuring and informative and made me feel as relaxed as possible. My surgeon was so brilliant and it was all over so quick. My after care has been so good and so important to reassure me that the surgery was a success. Thank you to all the staff at optical express for changing my life......I can see without glasses...Yippee! I have already started telling my family and friends to come here for their surgery as its so great and the payment option of monthly bill is great.
