After the vision settled down in the first few days I could feel a great improvement - my vision was better than ever and the discomfort went away within a few days. I would tell anyone who has the surgery not to worry as within a few days they will be extremely happy that they went ahead with the surgery. It makes a vast improvement to your quality of life. :)
