I had my procedure on the 21 December 2012, everything went very well. the staff at Shaftesbury Lane are excellent. They explained everything thoroughly, very friendly and look after you throughout the whole process. The aftercare has been very good. I am very pleased with the whole process and wish I had done it sooner. The only downside is the waiting, however they do warn you before hand so be prepared.
