I decided upon Laser Eye Surgery after having problems related to contact lens wear. I had problems with chronic dry eye and corneal neovascularisation and did not want to go back to wearing glasses all the time. I decided upon Optical Express after my friend recommended them after having her Laser Eye Surgery. I found them very helpful and professional, the checks they do prior to surgery were very detailed and rechecked the day of the surgery so even the smallest changes were taken into account. The aftercare was also very good with checks at day 1, week 1, month 1 and 3 after surgery. The staff were so helpful and very knowledgable and the helpline were also there in case of any problems out of hours (although I had none it was very reassuring to know it was there!) Would recommend this to everyone - feel it has made such a difference!
