From the 1st time I entered the store, all staff have been friendly and approachable and able to answer any questions. During the surgery, the staff who were in the surgery room calmed me down as I was scared/nervous about the procedure. All the aftercare appointments have been great and all questions answered. I can see much better than I ever did with my contact lenses or glasses over the 10 years I wore them. I wouldn't hesitate to do this again if I had to.
