While somewhat apprehensive of potential consequences, I really had nothing to fear despite being petrified during the operation for about 10 seconds. The surgeon was extremely careful to point out the options of monovision versus binocular vision as I'm at a stage where reading glasses is a border line. I opted for binocular and am very happy that my short sight for reading, menus and mobile phone is better than I feared. Thank you Optical Express.
