The actual surgery is really not a nice experience, it doesnt hurt but is uncomfortable and my eyes were very uncomfortable for the rest of the evening. But by the next morning my vision was clear and I wasnt in any discomfort anymore. The surgery was well worth the slight discomfort and stinging of the eyes
