I had a consulation in Glasgow, my treatment in Edinburgh and my check up in Aberdeen. As we are from Shetland, Optical Express were very accomodating and planned my partner & I's treatment around when we would be on the mainland. I was quite nervous, especially since I already have Duene's Syndrome (a muscle deformaty) in one of my eyes, but they were very reassuring. But as soon as I got in the chair to get my treatment I was fine. I never felt a thing. Afterwards, our eyes were uncomfortable. But after a couple of hours sleeping and using the drops they provided, we woke up and could already see a difference. The next day our eyes were better than they've even been which was shown in our check-ups. 3 months on, we are delighted with the results and are still impressed with the service we receieved. We would recommend them to anyone. It's the best money we've ever spent.
