My op days were good experiences with reassurance from staff and good customer care. Follow up care was excellent by doctors/opticians. I felt any concerns were listened to and acted upon by contacting the professor when there was a concern..My only negative comment would be that in Southampton I have nearly always had to wait for my appointment and on one occasion over an hour with very little apology. However today has been fine.
