I would definitely recommend Optical Express to friends and family. The customer service has, for the most part, been excellent. My actual laser eye surgeon was top quality too and put me at ease throughout. My only issue has been that, at the very early stages, I was double booked for my consultation so was unable to be seen. I had waited around in Manchester for three hours (as I was due to get a train back down to London) to be sent away as I could not be seen that day. It does not matter at all now as everything since then has been very positive, however I think it should be noted as it was at the very early stages and this incident made me consider not actually having the surgery. Overall, however, I really rate Optical Express and feel that I have received excellent service and great treatment at a very reasonable price.
